Banquet Hall Event Details


ROOM CAPACITY

Maximum 50 guests seated or 75 guests for standing receptions.

SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX

All Food & Beverage items are subject to a 20% service charge. All food, beverage, and service charges are subject to a 10% DC Sales Tax (excluding room fees). Service charges and DC Sales Tax do not go towards the Food & Beverage minimums. A valid DC Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption is required for tax exemption.

GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT

An estimated guest count must be given when reserving the space. A final guest count is due by noon, a week before the event date. If no guaranteed guest count is provided by the host, the estimated guest count will serve as the guaranteed guest count. A Bar & Beverage Package is required for the full length of the event. Minimum Bar & Beverage Package is $150 per hour. Final Food & Beverage selections are due two weeks in advance.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

There is a non-refundable, non-transferrable Private Room Set Up and Cleaning Fee of $245 for a 3 Hour Minimum ($35 for each additional hour) paid upfront to guarantee space. The space will not be reserved for the date of your event until the Fee has been paid. Final payment is due at the conclusion of the event and if payment is not provided, the card on file will be billed.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be received in writing to events@dewdropinndc.com. Cancellations less than one week in advance are subject to 50% of the estimated cost. Cancellations less than two business days are subject to a charge of 100% of the estimated cost.

A/V CAPABILITIES

The Hideaway Banquet Hall includes use of our house PA system to play an iPod with music of your choosing. We also can provide a wired microphone for presentations. If you require use of a projector or any other display you must provide them.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE

Outside catering of food for any event is permitted. We can provide food options if you so choose as well. Outside alcoholic beverages on the other hand are not permitted in any sort. If there is a particular beer, wine or spirit you would like us to provide for your event we will do our best to make it happen within reason. If you will need assistance providing any paper or plastic wares we will need to be informed at least a week prior to your event.
